The only Pokémon that you can evolve with Leaf Stone is Levee to get a leaf eon. Ironically, this character does not need an evolution stone in the Singh region where it was introduced, but only needs to be trained near a special moss-covered rock. Pokémon as Gloom and Weepinbell have always evolved with a Leaf Stone, but they cannot be found in Pale, so you do not supply this stone of evolution in particular.

Leaf eon definitely stands out as Evolution, since it has a high attack and the ability to increase Chlorophyll speed, so it can cause serious damage with Leaf Blade and Swords Dance before your opponent has the opportunity to stop it. If you need a type of grass on your team, you definitely consider this Pokémon.

Leaf eon can metastasize in many useful types after the threats of Swords Dance and Term Blast of nothing, but you will have to decide what kind of term is the best to choose from. Pokémon Grass have many weaknesses, so consider counteracting two at the same time with a Rock Term type, which is super effective against Pokémon Ice and Flying.
