Olympia: Sprinters Seasoned Fifth - Third Gold for Thompson-Herah

While the German sprinters miss the medal ranks, the Jamaican Elaine Thompson-Hermah crowns his third gold medal. For men, Lamont Marcell Jacobs leads the Italians to a historic triumph.
