Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are loyal remakes from the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl games. In addition to an updated upgrade system and some adjustments to make the game more modern, the games have very similar mechanisms and design, Including a boring mechanism of the originals that prevented players from accessing the after-game content.
To unlock all the after-game content, players must first beat Elite 4 and the champion and finish the regional Pokédex. The first step is explicit, but the second part is where the trainers have encountered difficulties. Players must meet all the Pokemon of the Singh region to complete the DEX. Players can achieve this by catching up, changing or fighting different Pokemon.
At the moment the player beats Elite 4, he most likely more than 80% of the DEX finished anyway. The remaining Pokemon should not be too difficult to find, but that's where the problem lies. The ghost and flywheel type Pokémon Brighton turned out very elusive for many players.
There are only 2 ways to meet naturally Brighton. The first way is to go to Valley Wind works on a Friday after you beat the Galactic team there. If you fight the Galactic team on Friday, you will have to wait for the following Friday to meet Brighton. It should be noted that the game came out on a Friday. Therefore, unless you retrained your switch clock in advance, you will have to wait a whole week before you can meet the Pokemon.
The second way is to confront some coaches of the fifth gym. The coaches of this gym are specialized in the Pokemon of the ghost type and, to meet the Pokemon in question, you must do some optional battles throughout the latter. This gym puzzle involves very simple mathematical problems that the player has to solve to progress.
Any player with a basic knowledge of mathematics could solve this puzzle and go directly to the leader, Feinting. Feinting has no Brighton in his team, only his advanced form Dribbling. The problem here is that once the player has vanquished Feinting, all gym coaches can not be fought. Unless you have put a point of honor to do the optional battles, you will not be able to meet Brighton here.
Fortunately, you can do some things to avoid this problem. You can reset your clock before Friday, however, there is a 24-hour penalty by doing this. This means that you will have to put your clock on Thursday and wait 24 hours before being able to meet Brighton in Valley Wind works.
You can also exchange on a Brighton online or locally. There are already many Reddit articles dedicated to breeding and the exchange of drift loons to players who missed the meeting of Pokemon.
