August (harvestonate, earmill month, sickle month, harvesting; Latin Augustus) is the eighth month of the year in the Gregorian calendar.
Each month, a whole series of new contents are added to pokemon g o, and this month is especially something to write because of every week of rewards of the Pokémon Festival. In addition to the Magikarp Community Day, there will be three main things to celebrate in August 2020.
New breakthrough in search
The Pokémon presented for the breakthrough of this month is a good, the dark / fighter type, Scraggy. It is a much less acquired Pokémon that the last ones who have been waiting for the breakthrough reward, because so far, it has been only available for a reward Go. This will give players who do not promote PVP modes a chance to get this adorable boyfriend.
It is also good to use pinap bays when capturing, because you will need 50 to turn it into Scrafty.
Four new projector hours
There will also be hours of projectors for August with a different Pokémon every Tuesday of the month. This month, they present Horsa, Sableye, Venipede and Geodude. The hours of projectors take place from 18:00 to 19:00 in your time zone, and the full August program is available here.
Thematic weeks ultra unlock
Finally, the most exciting part of August concerns the thematic weeks unlocked via the Pokémon Go Fest of July. The weeks each start at 1 pm on Friday and succeed from July 31 to August 21st. The themes of the week are:
