Niantic Announces Global Real World Events for Pokemon Go and Harry Potter: Wizards Unite - events - Video Pavel News, Instructions, Exemplary approaches, Reviews and Cultu

Niantic has announced a number of its planned real events for Pokemon Go, Ingress and Harry Potter: Wizards Unite.

The events of Pokemon Go in 2019 were not surprising: Over 64,000 coaches participated in the four-day event in Chicago (three times as many as at the event in 2018 in Chicago) and over 39,000 on the three-day event in Montreal.

The seemingly largest of all took place in Dortmund, at which more than 86,000 players participated. More than 200,000 coaches have played during the 4-day event in the Dortmund region. Do I really have to point out that this is a lot?

"The large-scale real events of Niantic have clearly positively affected tourism and brought people from all over the world to a weekend full of adventure," said Michael Steranka, Senior Manager, Live Events at Niantic. For fans of Harry Potter: Wizards Unite will take place the second fan festival of the game later this year. More details will follow soon. Here is a link to the current list of events by Niantic's Ingress. Niantic has not yet announced its planned events for the second half of the year.
