Pokemon Sword and Shield Extensions - Kubfu, Urshifu and CalyRex Legendaries Revealed - Game Freak

Two legendary are available on the island of armor, while one waits in the Kronentundra.

Game Freak has recently announced Pokemon Sword and Shield would receive two extensions this year. The first is The island of armor out in June, followed The Kronentundra published in autumn. Each extension brings its own set of new Pokémon with, including new Legendaries.

According to the official Pokemon site The island of armor will see the addition of two legendary - Kubfu and Urshifu. These are referred to as Wushu-Pokémon, where Kubfu is classified as a fight type. Players can develop it to Urshifu and select one of two styles - single punch or quickfall. The former is a mixture of Fighting and Dark type, while the latter is a fight and water type.

Urshifu has the ability to go to Gigantamax in both styles and can use a new ability called Unseen Fist. To the Die Kronentundra, the players meet CalyRex, a King Pokémon of Type Clairvoyers and Grass. Armed with Unnerve, CalyRex appears to see every pass, every current and future event. That should be fun when it comes to competitiveness.

The expansion pass for Pokemon Sword and Schild is currently available for $ 29.99 in advance. Nintendo has also recently announced Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, a remake of the Game Boy Advance and Nintendo DS title, appears in March on the switch.
