Reddit coaches are upset by Shiny's bad chances and are sure they changed over the second Hyperbonus event.
FegDev writes that the information collected by The Silph Road shows that the possibility of a Shiny was greater at the beginning of the event that at the end. This shows you that the brilliant probabilities of Skaraborn and Kangama have been manipulated (through reddit.com).
Other REDDIT users agree and publish their reasons for incursion. LuckyVonstreetz writes that his friend completed more than 250 beetle incursions, but did not hit a single Shiny (through Reddit.com). Even Allatain was no luck with a dazzling copy in 224 raids (through reddit.com).
Other trainers like thekrononserpent, however, write that they had a brightness in the second attempt (through reddit.com). The Reddituser2323233 player has only made two beetle incursions and could even obtain a dazzling copy on both occasions (through reddit.com).

Why are the bright rates so different?
However, it is not entirely unlikely that such different experiences have had. The probabilities of the respective Shinys are not officially known in the game. For this reason, several coaches have collected and compiled their fees. A platform for this is the community of The Silph Road.

On average, according to these, the probability of a dazzling specimen is around 1 at 500 (through thesilphroad.com). However, this is not a guarantee that you will find a shiny with attempt number 500.
If you are lucky, you can expect a shiny after the first attempt. Others require more than 500 attempts.
The only exceptions to this are special events, such as the days of the community, where the shiny rate has been officially adjusted accordingly. However, that was not the case of the second Hyperbonus. Even with legendary Pokémon, the odds are usually a little higher, so coaches should be lucky faster.
The community demands transparency of the bright fee
The background of the allegation that the bright rate was changed is a prior error that Niantic committed in another event with respect to the brilliant rate. In this event, Galar-Ponita was in the raids and could be trapped in his dazzling form for the first time.
